Sightly bend the stud pin halfway into the post to create a spring tension that holds both pieces together securely. Perfect for both initial and fully healed piercings and great for cartilage, earlobe, nose, and lip piercings.
Insert the pin one-third to halfway into the post.
Slightly bend the stud pin against the post by finger.
Simply push the stud into the post.

Yes, we carry the 18g 5mm post. Simply select the size from the "post" menu. You can select the gem color and gem size in the options as well. Please note that ti500 is a bend to fit push in style which means that you have to bend the pin. Directions are on our website as to how the design works.
