Q : Your info notes that 20 gauge is considered standard for nose piercing yet this isn't available in 20g. Will it ever be?
Yes, 20 Gauge is standard gauge for most nose piercings. This item is mainly used for labret and cartilage piercings although some people use this post as 18 gauge nose piercing.
Q : Please confirm Diamond Color?
Diamond Color is G-H.
Q : How does this push in work? Compared to the internal threaded? // How does it not fall out?
The removable gem stud has a tiny groove that snaps in the shaft which holds both pieces together securely.
Q : How do you remove the earrings?
To remove the earrings, you just pull it apart. To insert it, you just push it in.
Q : can this be used for the forward helix? And what gauge would it be it's the standard one I think 14 or 16
Yes, you may use this stud for the forward helix (ear head). 16 and 18 gauge are the standard size for all cartilage piercings done by piercing needles.
Q : is the price $40 just for 1 piece not 3 correct?
Yes, it is for a single item. Option selections can be chosen on the drop down menu.
Q : How do I know what length for a nose piercing!?
Either measure the current jewelry fits well or visit any local piercing studios to get the exact measurement. The most common length for a nose piercing is 1/4" but it all depends on an individual's physical anatomy.

Yes, it is prong-setting. It has 4-prongs as you can see in the photo.
Q : Can you buy the push diamond pieces separately?

Q : I ordered these in the 18g size and it is way too thick. Is it possible to get the smaller gauge in these? I think I need 20 or 22g.
18G is the thinnest we have. 20G or thinner cannot be made in solid gold.
Q : Does it come with 1 or 2 earpieces?
It is sold singly. If you need a pair, please select a quantity of 2.
Q : Can this be used for cartilage piercing ? what is the standard gauge for cartilage? I ordered 14K belly button ring a few years ago and it kept falling out and I lost it. I like the idea of 14K as sensitive ears but worry It will fall out as belly button one did and the costs will pile up
This item is versatile and can be used for cartilage, lips, and nose. Please see the product description for further details. The most common gauge for fully healed cartilage piercing is 18G. If you have pierced with 16G and it is fully healed, it is very important to downsize to 18G. Please contact your piercer for your piercing size.
Q : are the earrings actual gold or coloured gold?
It is genuine 14K gold.
Q : hi..can i get a black stone in the flat back earring studs size 3mm
Q : Sorry another question. Nose ring.. difference between push in and screw in? Is there a benefit to either? Pros and cons?
Push ins are easier to use and handle as you just push the pin in whereas the threaded ones are more secure since you screw it in. It is a matter of preference.
Q : My Labre came out and I do not know what size to order. The last one was long and when I pushed on it with my tongue it was way too long?
The common size for fully healed labret piercing is 5/16" but it all depends on an individual's physical anatomy. Please measure the current jewelry that fits properly or visit any local piercing studios to get the exact measurement.
Q : The nose ring I currently have is 18 gauge and 1/4 length yet it continues to look like it is falling off my nose. Should I purchase a shorter length or different gauge for a better fit?
If it appears like it is falling off, then we would recommend a shorter length.
