Q : I got this piece and it's stunning' but only one of the balls unscrews and the middle gem doesn't come off either. So I'm not sure how to put it in my ear…

Both balls come off on this item.  If one of the ends are not unscrewing then we would recommend that you use latex free gloves or even kitchen gloves for a better grip and the ball should unscrew.
