Q : What does inner diameter means? Can you be more specific?

It is the diameter length inside of the hoop as you see in the photo.

Q : Can this be used for a nostril piercing (purchased the 5/8 diameter) or will it be too small to go around? My piercing is slightly lower than the crevice between bridge and nostril (lower than the indent when smiling). Thank You.

Yes,  you may use this as a nose hoop but make sure your piercing gauge is either 16 or 18G.  5/16" is the most common hoop size for a nose ring.

Q : Can this ring be used for a Conch piercing' in the 10mm size? It is shown in picture' but NOT listed in the description. Thanks

If 10mm fits your conch piercing then yes, it can used.
