Q : I'm trying to buy the longer length eyebrow bar the option was previously available

All 3/8" are no longer available.  Please contact us at support@bodyjewelryfactory.com to see if one of our in-house jewelers can make a custom size for you.  

Q : Hello' does this come in 16 gauge? I have a fairly new rook piercing and it is 16 gauge' is it ok to use an 18 gauge' Or should I find something else in 16?

We guarantee this 18 gauge is totally fine for your 16 gauge piercing.

Q : Does this come in rose gold? Also' does it ever come in 6mm for wearable length?

Sorry, rose gold is not available. It will be available by the end of October 2019.

Rose gold can be custom-made by our in-house jewelers and there's no custom charge. Please allow 2 to 3 business days for all custom orders.  Please write "ROSE GOLD" in the comments section when you checkout.   Thank you. 

Q : I would like to order this item in 3/8 curved an with minions diamond its not allowing me to do so.

Q : Can this earring be bent? I feel like I'm the picture the diamonds are more curved to face outwards but when I got the product the diamonds are practically vertical. Thank you!
