Q : I just ordered the cognac diamond stud for cartilage' helix tragus nose - 18G push-in and I was wondering if I needed to bend the jewel post end before inserting it into post cylinder.
A :

No, never bend a pin to insert into the post.  The removable gem stud pin has a tiny groove that snaps in the shaft which holds both pieces together securely.  

Q : Do you have this in a 16 Gauge?

No, this item is only available in 18 gauge.
