Q : Hi' I am interested in buying the cognac rose gold screw nose ring but have always been told there is a left screw back for left nostril piercing and a right screw back for right nostril piercing but I don't see those options on the drop down options. My left nostril is pierced so want to make sure it will screw back the right way. Thanks.

All our nose studs are for the left nostril (if you're right-handed) but with any nose screw whether it is for the left or right it can actually be used on any side by just inserting it and twisting it the other way.
