Shipping and Handling
We offer free shipping worldwide on all orders over $25. Otherwise, our shipping and handling fee is $4.99 for all orders.
We process and ship orders from our Southern California warehouse Monday through Friday. Orders with standard shipping(USPS First Class Air) are usually fulfilled and shipped within 24 hours (Monday to Friday, excluding official holidays) of purchase, unless otherwise noted. If there is a delay for any reason (such as an out of stock item), you will be notified by e-mail or phone. Please allow 2 to 5 business days for delivery within US and 7 to 14 business days for International delivery. When your order ships, we will email you a shipping confirmation with tracking information.

* Please note it may take up to 48 hours for tracking information to display on the carrier’s site. There may be several days when it appears your package is not moving to its destination. This occurs when your package is on a long haul truck or on a train. The tracking of your package is only updated when it reaches the next distribution center. It can take several days for a truck or train to arrive at its destination.
* If the tracking number shows your package has been delivered and you have not received it, please check around your yard and with your neighbors. Carriers may leave a package in places where they think it will be safe, for example behind a side gate, under a bush, etc. If you still cannot locate your package, please contact our Customer Support.
International Orders by a Credit Card
All prices listed on our website and our order pages are in U.S. Dollars. If you live outside the United States and are using a credit card, your credit card company will convert your order total on your credit card statement to your currency based on the foreign exchange rate at the time of your order. Your credit card company may also charge a currency exchange fee to convert the US Dollars to your currency. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase from us online you may return the unused items for refund or exchange within 30 days from delivery date. We'll always do our best to take care of customers.
The majority of our returns and exchanges are due to the wrong size being ordered. We urge you to take the time to measure your current jewelry that fits you properly to determine the correct size you need before placing an order.
During the checkout process, please verify your order carefully to ensure you have not made any error in your order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you find an item to be damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so that we may assist you accordingly. Damaged items will need to be reported within 7 days of delivery.
Final Sale, Clearance Sale, and Special Order
Final Sale, Clearance Sale (under $5), and Special Order items cannot be returned for credit or refunds. That said, Exchanges are definitely possible when an item is damaged or defective. We handle this on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate objective of making our customers happy.
Return & Exchange Request
If you have any problems with your order please contact our Customer Support within 30 days of delivery. If you wish to make a return you must obtain a return merchandise authorization number(RMA) from us and return the merchandise within 7 business days. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Ensure Returns are Securely Packaged
Returns need to arrive at our return center and be in the condition you received it in. If you would like a receipt for the return, delivery confirmations are for sale at any post office. If the return value is over $100, we highly recommend insuring the package at the post office for protection against loss.

Returns are inspected and processed by our returns department within 5 business days of receipt. We are not responsible for items that are damaged or lost during return shipping, therefore adequate packaging and insurance are recommended. Credit is issued to your original method of payment and you will receive an email confirmation. We do not accept returns if they arrive in any condition other than their original state or if they are past our 30-day return period.
* Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping with the carrier of his or her choice.
Cancel or Change to Order
You have the right to cancel or change to your order before it has shipped out from our warehouse. Once your order has been shipped, we can not cancel the order. However, you can still cancel the order by refusing the package at the time of delivery. Once we receive the package, you will receive the credit for the full amount less the shipping charge.
