The majority of our returns and exchanges are due to the wrong size being ordered. We urge you to take the time to measure your current jewelry that fits you properly to determine the correct size you need before placing an order. During the checkout process, please verify your order carefully to ensure you have not made any error in your order.

Here's a tip! Just order 2 to 3 different sizes and keep the one you like and return the rest for a full refund. Simple as that.

Order Confirmation
After ordering, you will receive two email confirmations from BodyJewelryFactory.com. First, we will confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. Then, you will be notified with tracking information when your order ships out. Sometimes order confirmation emails are caught in spam or junk folders, so be sure to check your spam folder first and make sure to mark it as "Not Spam" if you find order confirmation. If it isn't there, please contact us and we'll be happy to confirm your order and resend the confirmation email.

Cancel or Change to Order
You have the right to cancel or change to your order before it has shipped out from our warehouse. Once your order has been shipped, we can not cancel the order. However, you can still cancel the order by refusing the package at the time of delivery. Once we receive the package, you will receive the credit for the full amount less the shipping charge. If you qualified for free shipping and handling, please note that the shipping and handling fee of $4.99 ($6.99 International) will not be refunded. Any expedited shipping fees are not refundable.

International Payment Methods
International orders will be subject to additional verification of billing address, bank and bank phone number. Please allow 1-3 business days for international order verification to be completed. For faster processing, we recommend that you check out with a verified PayPal account or international credit card. Your billing address must be exactly as it appears on your credit card statement otherwise, the order may not be processed. Be sure to correctly spell city, province, territory names and avoid using abbreviations unless that is how your information appears on your statement. Contact your credit card company if you need the exact billing address associated with your credit card. Payment is accepted in US dollars at the time of purchase.

Due to the limited information available with international credit cards, in the event that we are not able to verify the information you provided, we may send a PayPal payment request as an alternate payment method. For added security reason, we may also need you to ensure your PayPal account is verified.

International Orders by a Credit Card
All prices listed on our website and our order pages are in U.S. Dollars. If you live outside the United States and are using a credit card, your credit card company will convert your order total on your credit card statement to your currency based on the foreign exchange rate at the time of your order. Shipping Rate
We offer FREE SHIPPING on all U.S. orders over $35 after any promo or coupon discount is applied. Orders under $35, our shipping and handling fee is $4.99 flat for all U.S. orders.

Processing Time
We process and ship orders from our Southern California warehouse Monday through Friday. Orders with standard shipping are usually fulfilled and shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding official holidays) of purchase, unless otherwise noted. If there is a delay for any reason (such as an out of stock item), you will be notified by e-mail or phone. Processing time for 14K gold and diamond orders may take longer, details of which can be found in the product description. When your order ships, we will email you a shipping confirmation with tracking information.

Delivery Time
In addition to processing time, please allow 3 to 7 business days for our standard shipping delivery. When your order ships, we will email you a shipping confirmation with tracking information.
  • Delivery time will vary depending on your location.
  • Orders shipped to the West Coast can be expected sooner than the estimated delivery time (normally 2 to 3 days).
  • Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam and U.S. Virgin Islands can take up to 15 business days for standard shipping.
  • We ship to APO/FPO military addresses. Delivery can take up to 2-6 weeks and the tracking information is very limited due to manning and mission essential requirements within the Military Postal Agency.
  • Please be sure to enter your correct and complete shipping address when placing your order. BodyJewelryFactory.com is not responsible for orders shipped to incomplete or incorrect addresses due to customer's error entry.
Orders Status
When your order ships, we will email you a shipping confirmation. The e-mail will contain a link to the order status page, your tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier site. To track the order, click on the tracking number located on the order status page. If you haven't received your shipping confirmation, it's likely your order hasn't shipped yet. If it's more than 3 business days from purchase time but you haven't received the shipping confirmation, contact our customer support for your order status.

* Please note it may take up to 48 hours for tracking information to display on the carrier’s site. There may be several days when it appears your package is not moving to its destination. This occurs when your package is on a long haul truck or on a train. The tracking of your package is only updated when it reaches the next distribution center. It can take several days for a truck or train to arrive at its destination.

* If the tracking number shows your package has been delivered and you have not received it, please check around your yard and with your neighbors. Carriers may leave a package in places where they think it will be safe, for example behind a side gate, under a bush, etc. If you still cannot locate your package, please contact our Customer Support.

Return and Exchange Policy

  • Due to strict health and safety regulations, returned items must be unused, unworn, and undamaged with no exceptions.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging including a copy of the original invoice.
  • Returns and exchanges must be received within 30 days of delivery date. *Some restrictions may apply.
  • Final sale, clearance sale, custom/special order items cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Returns are inspected and processed by our returns department within 10 business days of receipt.
  • We are not responsible for damages caused by misuse or improper care.
  • We are not responsible for items that are damaged or lost during return shipping.
  • Our original shipping and handling fees are not refundable unless the return was a result of our error. If you qualified for free shipping at the time of order, please note that our actual shipping and handling fee will be deducted from your refund. Any expedited shipping, gift wrapping fee and additional handling fees are not refundable.
  • A refund on the merchandise amount (excluding any discounts, our original shipping fee, or other additional charges) will be issued to your original method of payment.

    *Restrictions:

    14K Gold, Platinum, and Diamonds
    Due to the price fluctuations of gold and diamonds, gemologist inspection fees, and stone removing costs, all fine jewelry must be returned and exchanged within 14 days from the delivery date and a return fee of 20% or $20 (whichever is greater) will be deducted from the refund. With that said, we handle this on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate objective of making our customers happy.

Exchanges

To expedite an exchange for a different size or a different item, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order online. Returns are inspected and processed by our returns department within 10 business days of receipt.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you find an item to be damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so that we may assist you accordingly. Damaged items will need to be reported within 3 days of delivery with photographs of the item. A complimentary return label will be provided for the incorrect or defective item so that it may be sent back to our warehouse.

Return & Exchange Request

If you have any problems with your order please contact our Customer Support within 30 days of delivery (14 days for fine jewelry). If you wish to make a return you must obtain a return merchandise authorization number(RMA) from us and return the merchandise within 7 days. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Customer is responsible for return shipping with the carrier of his or her choice. If you prefer to use our hassle-free pre-paid return label, $5 ($8 over $100 value) will be deducted from your refund.

Ensure Returns are Securely Packaged
Returns need to arrive at our return center and be in the condition you received it in. Return your package by the carrier of your choice (UPS, FedEx, or USPS with delivery confirmation). For your protection, we highly recommend insuring the package for the value of the item enclosed.

Inspection and Processing Time

Returns are inspected and processed by our returns department within 10 business days of receipt. We are not responsible for items that are damaged or lost during return shipping, therefore adequate packaging and insurance are recommended. We do not accept returns if they arrive in any condition other than their original state or if they are past our 30-day return period (14-day for fine jewelry).

Refunds

A refund on the merchandise amount (excluding any discounts and our actual shipping fee) will be issued to your original method of payment and you will receive an email confirmation once we have completed the return process. Your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction.

Fine Jewelry (14K Gold, Platinum, and Diamonds)
