    Q : Do you do the retainers in 18mm long? How secure are they? how soft or hard are they?

    Unfortunately, the retainer is only available in the 16mm length.  The retainers are secured by an o-ring.  The retainer is soft and flexible.  If you want a hard retainer, you may want to consider the following which is made of acrylic.
