The barbells can be used anywhere the piercing fits.

Q : What is the longest industrial piercing length and size? And the longer the bat does that mean the bar skinny?
A :

Most industrial piercing length is 1 1/4" to 1 1/2" and the bar is either 16 gauge or 14 gauge.  Please visit your local piercing shop to measure the exact measurement of your industrial piercing.

Q : In the photo what's the length and gauges of the longest industrial bar?

The barbell on the far right is 1.5" which is the industrial length 14g.  The industrial length is also available in the 16g.
